I’ve been eating here for over two decades. Typically through the drive-thru but dining in is nice as well. All of their meals are priced very well and many plates are under 12. I love their breakfast bowls and plates. The only real difference in their breakfast pricing is that the plates come with two tortillas, not seen in my attached picture. The breakfast plate shown is under 6.00 with tax. Update 11/17/2023: Added a picture of their chicken enchiladas that I had for a late lunch today.

The place to be! I absolutely have always loved this Rosa’s. The food is delicious every single time. This are super quick! Everyone inside treats you like family, and it’s always clean! I love love love this place!

This please has some of the most delicious flavorful food I’ve had in a long time. I didn’t know the food would be so freaking delicious. I mean compliments to the chef all the way! I consider myself a chef as well and tend to be very critical, but this food amazed me. I would give them 10 stars if I could. A

I stopped by the Rosa's in Watauga on a cold and dreary night, with heavy rainfall. My mood was quickly elevated by the friendly and efficient service I experienced. The food is carefully prepared to order specifications, and almost always waiting at the window after just ordering via speaker. The staff here is always personable and most considerate and efficient. On this night, Amal at the service window took it to another unprecedented level. She remembered me and that I like extra salsa, and included it without prompting. While waiting for a specialty item, Amal included some additional salsa and honey which she knew I liked. This was most refreshing and appreciated. Many of Rosa's competitors, are very stingy with their salsa (if not in a litle packet), and charge high prices for additional salsa. Not only is Rosa's salsa much better than others, but providing it freely as a complement to ordered food is so appreciated. The food is wonderful, particularly the beef fajitas, cheese enchiladas, and anything made with the fabulous homemade flour tortillas. As good as the food is, the specific that drives this rating is the exceptionally kind and generous service by Amal and others.

Nice restaurant and good Mexican food! I got the chicken fajitas and the margarita.

I don’t know what it is about taco Tuesday and Ross’s Cafe, but you can’t get a better deal on great tasting tacos! The shells are crunchy every time I’ve been here. The beef is seasoned well and not a lot of grease leaking out like some other establishments I’ve visited and cost more. The black beans recently added to their menu are really good. A nice change up from the refried beans I usually get. They don’t skimp on the beef filling either, decent amount in each taco. Their rice is equally good too. I like mixing it with the beans and use a flour tortilla to scoop some up. All in all, this place rocks. Good food served quickly, but not tasting like fast food at all. Pics next Tuesday, I ate too fast again.

We love going here for breakfast. The food is always hot and taste great. Also, taco Tuesdays is the best day of the week. They are busy but very fast with service.

Love their food, great atmosphere, and very friendly people. Don't forget "Taco Tuesdays " and get some tortillas to take home.
